My 08 DTS was in a accident almost 4 weeks ago, GM keeps sending the body shop dented hoods. So far they have sent him 8 hoods, all of which were damaged. Is anyone else having this problem?

Sorry to hear the Cadillac is bent up. Haven't heard about that happening to anyone else.
That sucks...getting defective parts.

You are apparently not using the Cadillac dealer for the repair (at least you don't say that). In any case, eight damaged items (all the same part) in a row, seems a bit of a stretch. Have you actually seen the damaged parts? If not, I would take what you are being told with several grains of salt.

Yes, the car was taken directly to my dealer and they had the car towed to the body shop that they use. I called the assistance line last night and they told me they would have a GM district manager get in touch with me within 3 days. Cross your fingers for me folks, I really want to see my car again while I still am young enough to drive. LOL
