Not a bad collection of emblems, the "Coupe deVille" one I already had, I just decided to put it with the others....

I also managed to collect enough pieces to make a complete taillight assembly that will most likely be made into some sort of light up wall decor since nothing on it is nicer than what's already on my car......

You ought to mount those taillights into the front legs of a couch, in sort of a "Cadillac Couch" per se.

Yeah I have had that idea for a long time now but more parts would be needed. For now it'll just be a wall mounted lamp....

I tried wiring it to an outlet plug and forgot that a wall socket puts out 120 volts. Needless to say I need a full set of taillight bulbs now. :banghead: Haha.....

For the short time they lit up, they must have been some bright brake lights! :highfive:

Say, that just brought to mind a question I've been mulling for a few. How do you remove an emblem with no opposing screws on the other side? Never could figure that one, and need to grab one for my '89 FWB. The "C" part of the "Cadillac" script on the trunk in missing, I'd like to fix that some time.

Btw that's quite a decoration for the couch :)

Stuck on emblems can be removed effectively (without breaking) by using fishing line as a saw. Loop some around both hands, put it behind a corner of the emblem, and start sawing. You'll have it off after some effort. There will be adhesive to clean off the back when you get it.
