My '92 Deville is hard to steer now. We notice it most when we are going slow and turning, as in parallel parking or parking in a spot at the store parking lot. Many times we have to back up and try again. It seems it is mostly at the ends of the rotation of the steering wheel. Last year the steering was noisy so I replaced the steering pump. I then bled the system according to OEM procedure. It was then OK. Now it is no longer noisy, but is hard to turn as mentioned above. What is the most likely cause of the problem in your opinion?

Your noticing when you go slow because you used to have power steering assist in those maneuvers.. not anymore, in my opinion it something to do with the power steering still, have power steering fluid still in it? maybe a leak
