First off :welcome: to the forum's.....

They can be replaced without removing the bumper, but you have to remove the bumper ends (including the taillights). There are a couple bolts that hold on the bumper ends that can be a bitch to get to, but with patience it is a fairly easy job....You may also have to remove the chrome rocker panel strip along the bottom of the rear quarter panel if your cad has it....

Yeah, it's a really easy procedure. I had to replace the ones on my 85 Fleet. The hardest one would be the first one because you are just figuring out what to do. There are a couple of bolts inside the tailights plus some small nuts on the bracket that helps fasten the fillers to the car. Should take an hour at the most for inexperienced folks. Good luck and welcome!!

Welcome congrats on your new ride. What is the euro kit if I may ask? I looked around on ebay for one. :hmm:

Welcome nitebreed. I did my rear fillers on my car but I took the whole bumper off. I guess I did it wrong, but it was easy enough to do though.
well anyway, Welcome!!!
