I have NEVER recieved good service from these guys and I found myself visiting the area and forced to use them. The service manager, Don Hart. Is a liar. He outright lied to me about the cost. I was told one price. I am not an idiot. I asked seven ways from sunday about the costs. After it was done. A whole different price. Then he outright lied to Cadillac corporate. DUH! is he going to admit lying? Why does cadillac have a customer service rep who calls you? They call the dealer and believe anything they are told by them.

I will likely not be buying another Cadillac.
