Some dealers charge extra for a "Certified" car, some don't.

Since Cadillac is on the hook for the additional time & miles, do they "charge" the dealer to certify a used car?

If not, it sounds to me like any extra money the dealer wants in order to certify a car is just extra (re: bogus) cash in their pockets.
