Chrysler is offering in-car wifi based on 3G wireless. Monthly price undetermined. A few months ago I posted a thread asking when cars would get wireless internet access, so here it is.

Still doesn't make up for:

I think the Lincoln MKS is going to have it as well. On the commercial they show a weather forecast on the popup.

CTS has realtime weather and traffic streamed to the Nav through XM, so the MKS might be doing the same thing.

WiFi in a Sebring? Still putting a diamond ring on a turd IMO.

I'll consider getting one if they pay ME to drive it.

Not a terrible idea. Too bad the car behind it is atrocious.

That car is like hot chick repellant. Even more so than a Crown Victoria.

At least you can make a Crown Victoria look like a MaraudHer.

Very true I do like the MaraudHer.

The MaraudHer is great and all, but nothing shows you love her like a nice Probe.

You have to take her to a http://www.channel4.com/4car/media/classics/F/ford/03-large/ford-fiesta-1983.jpgFiesta first and get her drunk. Then, you can http://www.autounleashed.com/images/dodge_ram_bft.jpgRam her with your http://www.edmunds.com/pictures/VEHICLE/1997/Ford/37/1997.ford.probe.22243-396x249.jpgProbe.

And we picked the Sebring sedan to illustrate Chrysler's new feature why? Yes, the sedan's styling is atrocious... while not as classy looking as the original 'vert, this current styling looks much better on the 'vert than it does the sedan... However, I still like the new Sebring convertible... especially the hardtop version. As far as the sedan goes though... I like its Dodge sibling much better, probably because the Avenger looks like a mini-Charger and because its RT version is pretty potent with the 3.5L V6.

Anyway... just to get back on topic for a moment...Regardless of anyone's personal distaste for Chrysler - this is a much needed feature that's been a long time coming. I give kudos to Chrysler for being the first manufacturer to roll this out as an option across the board.
