I have an 84 Deville witht he 4.1 in it. i have heard this motor is notorious for constantly needing a rebuild. the previous owner got a new one and it needed a rebuild after only 12,000 miles.:hmm: well, i got it rebuilt so far its been 4000 miles and its been running ok. no power but it runs. so my question is what motor could fit into my car and hook up to the stock tranny? preferably something with some decent power. thanks.:burn:
