I will be glady be picking up a 2000 chrysler lhs on monday. It has heated leather, moonroof, 4 cd changer in dash (weird i thought only ever seen 6), 17inch chrome wheels its a nice nice car.

I hate to break it to you... but you would have actually gotten better gas mileage from that Northstar than you will from the 3.5L single cam V6 found in the LHS. They're good motors, but far from fuel efficient.

When I had my 300M (which is actually the same car, just a touch lighter), the best I could ever average was 21mpg... compared to my Seville which always averaged 23-24mpg.

Despite that.... it's still a very dependable car and either way... Welcome Back!

Touche`!!! i drove a LHS for about 500 KMs as a rental... and my 94 eldo northstar got 2MPG better gas mileage all across the board.

my parents had a 99 lhs 5 years ago and I took it to prom and i remember driving to the restaurant i was gettin 30mpg onthe highway. i paid attention cuz I had to pay for gas, cheap ass parents lol
