When the car is running and the lights are on or just the parking lights are on my 3rd B/light isn't working, but the r/l brake lights work. With the car running and the lights and twilight control turned off none of the brake lights work. Any ideas? Also how do I test if the 3rd brake light is bad?

Looks like all the problems with the brake lights are in the switch attached to the brake pedal. By chance I pushed down very quickly with extra force on the brake pedal and all the brake lights worked. Now I need to remove the switch. I'm hoping it can be fixed, maybe it just needs a little TLC. Maybe when that's fixed, the service electrical system and traction control lights will stay off!
