Hey fella's, look at this picture, is that an oil cooler in front of the radiator to the left? I haven't checked the codes on the trunk label, but could this car have the towing package? (y4p I think?). Its a '94 w/58k miles, man does it look new underneath and in the engine bay...I mean, NEW.http://s274.photobucket.com/albums/jj243/steeltag/?action=tageditmany

Okay, lets try that againhttp://s274.photobucket.com/albums/jj243/steeltag/?action=view¤t=b8fe_12.jpg
Can't see the pics but if it's an external cooler on the passenger side, that's for the transmission. The oil cooler will be on the driver's side built into the radiator. I cannot speak to any external oil cooler for the V4P.

But then again....I'm seeing photo's on ebay of these cars w/o any other coolers.....so whats the deal there? They don't have oil coolers??
To my knowledge every LT1 + 4L60-E in a GM fullsize car has an external cooler. But they are availble in various stages of oil cooling from none at all to internal radiator (FWB) to external (9C1 I think and probably V4P).

Can't see any pics, but the "mini radiator" cooler on the lower left front of the radiator is on essentially all of these cars, at least Broughams.
Nothing tow package related, specifically. A tow package car has one simply found item--a standing up curved mechanical fan shroud at the front of the engine compartment. Without, it's flat and with twin electric fans. If no mechanical fan/shroud, no tow package, also backed up by lacking V4P on the SPID codes label on the trunk.
