i have a 95 fwb that ive been parting out, just came across the keyless entry module under the pkg shelf, would there be a plug for this in my 94 fwb, and its just a plug in and program setup, or is there more invloved?? would really like to add this feature to my fleetwood, thanks for any input
OK now I , just looked at the rpo codes, it shows AUO, this was my friends car before me, he never had the remote and had no idea that that option was there, so all i should need is the key fobs?? do you have to have 2 or can you get by with one??? anyone??

If you have AUO...you have remote keyless there. You just need remotes. One is fine or you can do the two.
The programming is easy, just finding the connector in the trunk and shorting it out with something like a screwdriver while simultaneously hitting a button on the remote(s) you'll be using.
Ebay is a good place for the remotes, cheap.
thanks!! cant believe i never noticed that, I'm watching a couple on e bag, guess i got an extra receiver now

It's no problem using a remote from a different year. I was in the same situation - I bought my 92 Roadmaster wagon, and found it had AU0, so I took the remote from my 95 SS and paired it to the wagon. Works perfectly.
thanks for the reply, I got a transmitter fob, off ebag, for $10...cant believe i had this option all along,, no one knows if you can add this feature by plugging into an existing plug in the wire harness, or is it not there???, I WILL BE LISTING THE EXTRA TRANSMITTER ON E GAG, IF I CAN FIGURE OUT IF ITS AN EASY INSTALL OR NOT>> sorry caplok

I don't believe it would be "plug and play" on a non-AU0 car. I can't say for sure, though. GM is notorious for not putting wiring in cars that are not using it.
Keep your spare remote. The small amount you will get on Ebay makes it worth it to keep as a backup.

You can say that again. They are also notorious for undersizing the wires they DO install...
