The reliable STS with 63,000 miles on it would not start one morning, it turned over fine and key on fuel pressure was about 45 pounds. When it was parked the night before everything worked fine with no powertrain codes coming up. I sprayed a little starter fluid into the intake while cranking it and the engine did fire but would not start. I then thought there was spark and the problem would be the fuel injectors not pulsing. Towed it to the dealer and they replaced the Ignition Module. Its running fine now I hope its a long-term fix.

For the Ignition Module they quoted me a part cost 140% more than (double plus 40%) an auto parts store were quoting, I called back to the dealer a while later told them this and right away they said the first module was not available and they found another module for only 60% more, when I picked up the car they ending up charging only 13% more but I probably paid too much for the time charge. I was glad I called around for a price quote for that part.
