Hey, I have been burning CDs into the HDD. The manual states that I can either burn the entire disc or a given song. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to record just one song. When you press rec, the nav display asks if you want to record all tracks - yes or no. If you press yes, you see the rec symbol on the display. If you press no, then nothing records.

Am I missing something?
Or, should I just always record the entire disc and delete the unwanted songs?
Or, should I just make MP3s and then transfer them via usb or disc?

Judging by your description of the mesasge, I'm going to guess you have Navigation.

To record a single song, press the MENU button (in the middle of the round knob) to bring up the list of trcks on the disc. Turn the knob until the song you want to record is highlighted in blue, then press the REC button. It should ask "Do you want to record this track?"

Thanks, Tony. Was wondering that myself. The "navigation" of the menus is a bit cryptic.

Thanks... Worked as you stated... I have been using the touch screen on the nav as opposed to the menu / select button...

I am really enjoying this car... Just got it on the 16th... Haven't been this excited about a car in a long time... And the bluetooth works great... I have paired phones that are not on the list and still works... not as integrated like the Infiniti or BMW, but still ok... (Thunder Gray / Light Platinum - all options except FE3 and spare tire)

will i be able to rec select few song instead at one song at a time (but no the entire CD still)
