Myth busters showed how they did the first one (used the key fob off screen)

The second one you can clearly see him press the unlock key when holding the phone open to "catch the unlock signal" and also not that it really mattered but notice how his phone goes from some random verizon to a moto razor that is one powerful unlock signal cause its got the power to change the physical properties of things.

and the second one I'm gonna guess use the same idea as the first some thing to do with air pressure and a key fob used off screen.

that cell phone does work... oddly enough. maybe only to certain cars

Well the second one he suppose to call someone else.
ex: one person is outside the car with the keys inside (not able to get in) then he calls home
(since the person has spear keys there and does it buy phone.
Im gonna have to try this.

I think you are supposed to call someone else and have them answer the phone next to the car. Somehow the signal for the keyless entry magically travels along with the cell phone signal. This might actually work until the alarm goes off because the signal was just a little different from the one the keyfob emits (rolling codes).

If the signal was ultrasonic or at least sonic in any way I'd buy into this but it is a radio frequency transmission.
I would have to see someone do this in person to even think it is possible, videos on the internet aren't going to prove anything to me.
I just don't think a cell phone is going to pick up a coded radio frequency broadcast and retransmit it through a speaker on the other end. Call me goofy.

Or you could just keep a valet key inside a magnetic box hidden on the chassis somewhere to unlock your doors.

In the third video you can actually hear the camera man snickering......
