well i have about 20,000 miles on my 3.6 di and all of a sudden today the engine light came on and the car was still running ok but had loss of power and acceleration like it was bogged down. has anyone experienced this and do you know what the problem might be. thanks

If you don't have anything to read the DTC's, there is no way to tell. But that engine light is on for a reason... time for a visit to the dealer. ASAP!

Call OnStar and have them read the trouble codes for you.

Its under warrenty so take it back to the dealer.
