OK, I suppose my research skills are somewhat lacking - a confession this Army paralegal is ashamed to admit. I can't seem to find anything in the owners manual with regard to setting the ventilated seats to come on with remote start. I thought the whole idea of that feature was to cool the seats down BEFORE you get in the car.

Does anyone know if this can be done? Only when I turn the "key" on am I able to get the seats cooled down.

Also, has anyone had problems with their sunroofs not fully closing after pushing the button? Mine sometimes STARTS to close, then reverses...kind of annoying.

Other than that, I'm as in love with this car now as I was 3 months ago when I purchased it!

I have a quick question. I have heated seats, but that doesn't mean I have ventilated seats as well does it?! I haven't tried hitting that button in the hot weather yet...

Having heated seats does not necessarily mean you have ventilated seats. Ventilated seats are RPO code KB6 which is included and only available with Luxury Level Two (Y41).

Huh? Where to you do that? I've never seen a setting for that. I believe they go off everytime you turn the car off, and have to be turned back on again when you get in the car. If there is a way to set them in "peronalizations", please tell me how to do that. I've scrolled through every setting many times and have never seen it.

Ditto here. Perhaps it's under something more obscurely titled. Again, I can't believe there wouldn't be a setting that would allow the seats to start cooling BEFORE you get inside the car....otherwise the feature is kind of moot, dontcha think?

In my '06 STS there is a page where you select options refering to the remote start. If the heating and cooling option is selected, on a cold enough day the heated seats are turned on, on a hot enough day the cooling is selected.

This is apparently an STS option, not CTS.
