i am having a fuse problem...when i try to put in a new 20 yellow amp fuse electric shock comes and blow my fuse before even pushing it fully...my keys are not in the ignition too...so any ideas? thanks

Yes, you have dead short. Until you visually look at all items protected by that fuse you will continue to have a short. What does the fuse power? If its dome lights and cigarette lighters, look for tin foil, dimes, any metal in a lighter socket not the ash tray.

Used to see that issue weekly in the shop. As a smoker, its never happened to me. Also quickly removing or inserting a cell phone charger can pop this fuse as well. Be aware!
