I have an EXT 2004 with some problems like:


A/C is making some noises when I turn the radio of I can hear it very clearly, when asked my dealer they tolled me that it is normal in the Cadillac???
While hitting the accelerator and try to take over some vehicle on the highway it feels that the engine is jerking or its like I’m towing some heavy load which I’m not. Also the dealer told me that there is nothing wrong with it.
I have the shifting problem and I got the same answer. Even though I have told them about this forum and that I have read the GM has some update for the car but they said that this is a 2004 model and already has the new program.
So today I called the GM Office in Dubai and told them of my problems and my complains toward the dealer. They will check and let me know soon.



If any one of you had problem No. 1 & 2 and can help me with it, I’ll appreciate it.
