Since the rear tires on my V are marginal (i.e. bald) :alchi:and the front are close to needing replacement, I started the tire search once again.
While searching for prices on Bridgestone's, Michelins and Goodyears I ran across a Goodyear store in downtown that has a sale going. The F1 EMT is selling for $296.44 without mounting and balancing. I have no idea how long this sale is lasting but I am going down there this morning. I'll let everyone know if this deal remains legitimate.
The location is 1919 Fanin. Phone number is 713-659-7181. I have dealt with this store before and they are the only "run-flat certified" Goodyear store in Houston. Not that that means a whole lot but they do keep lower priced run-flats in stock. Some of their techs are better than others so do keep on top of them if you go over there. Just thought I would let the Houston folks know.
