I'm getting a Disc described as

Denso GPS Navigation DVD-Cadillac-DTS & XLR v6.00

Does this sound like the correct disc for the XLR? Anyone know what year this would be? The current disc ssays v3.0 so this is obviously an updated version. I'm downloading this very slowly so I wanted to make sure it's even the right disc.

First & formost,since this is obviously a "pirated" disk, do you have a DL (Double layer) DVD burner? If not, it will make no difference since you will not be able to burn it.

In '04 & '5, if not '06 & beyond, the XLR & SRX shared the same NAV unit; not the DTS.

This is the 2006 Nav Disc, burned and working. would be nice to get the 2008 disc

They probably meant DeVille (and also Seville) which uses the same disc as the XLR.

I have burned a spare nav DVD for the delphi nav unit (Escalade) and it works perfectly.

My current disc says version 7.00 on the back of the case.

It was a bittorrent download but it's not available any longer.
