: Tune up parts

Well as some of you may know I just had to swap out my fuel pump after my '02 Escalade left my wife and newborn baby girl roadside.
My '02 Escalade 6.0 has 115k and has never been tuned up.
Now that the weather is getting nicer I believe I should tune her up.
What exactly is needed to perform a proper tune-up on these fine vehicles?
I also have an '01 Yukon that I'll treat to a tune-up too.

Thanks in advance,

O2 sensors, PCV valve, and BG Clean or Seafoam the engine. Though the last suggestion may have its critics, I find that engines run much smoother after a good internal cleansing. Wait until after to change the O2 sensers.

you may want to add in addition to all above:

coolant flush/replace
tranny fluid
diff fluid
rear end fluid

although the not really part of the "tune up" the 02's were equipped with cabin air filters, if they have never been replaced they are long overdue.
