I have a pretty stupid question and you will probably laff at me. Here goes. I want to change the mufflers on my 95 STS. I looked on ebay and found some pretty cheap Stainless Steel muffler with tip (like 35$ + s&h some even cheaper!).
The only problem is that these muffler are the "ricer" type. The one you fit on a Honda or Acura with a 4.5 inch Coffee Can tip (yuck!). But some of them have nice chromed dual tips. And they look like the right size to fit.
How would these mufflers sound on a V8? Most of them are "straight trough" design, would they flow enough for the Northstar?
