putting the bottom end together, torqued in the correct sequence to 20 ftlbs twice then an additional 65 deg. They don't feel nearly as tight as when i took it apart. I am a little paranoid - don't want the bottom end to fall out. Has anyone else felt that 65 deg as the last step doesn't feel very tight??

I have 15 ft lbs plus 65 and yes it feels like you could crank them down. DON'T
The Aluminum expands if the bolts are tighter they could break.
The main bolts are hard (no twist). They snap on disassembly often. The head bolts are springy and when the head grows they strech

Good that makes me feel better! Yes it was 15ftlbs as I used another link you gave me

I didn't crank it, I followed spec but thought Mmmmmm... during the process. But also remembered the diameter of the threads is pretty small.
