1998 Deville has heat coming from Passenger side ducts at the same time I have cold AC coming from drivers side??? Pulled and OHMd out the switch on the passenger door, seems OK, disconnected the switch, still hot air on passenger side. All fuses are good. No codes for this either!!! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.
Air mix door actuator. There are two. one is accessed by removing the glove box. The other from underneath. I forget which is which, but you can tell by fluctuating the temperature and see which actuator does not move. Before tearing into it, run the temp up to 90, then back down to 60 to exercise the actuator and door. That may free it up if it is just sticky.

Thanks for the info Ranger. Today the air came out normally. But you're right. Door might be sticky. I'll check it out this W/E. BTW, are those actuators electronic, or vacuum?

OK newbie here. Where am I going to find the door or actuator for the drivers side. I have warm air coming out on the drivers side and cold air on the passenger side. Car is a 99 Deville. I took the inspection cover off under the steering wheel but I can't see anything.
If anybody has a diagram or can explain where I need to find the correct door that would be great.

The actuators are behind the glove box. One is accessible through the glove box and the other from under the dash.
