Has anyone had a problem when the seat is in the exit position that when re-entering your vehicle, you slide over the door seal and tear the door seal and put black marks on the leather seating surface?

I geuss if your seat is low enough and your arss is big enough it can happen.

I think that you should get into the service dept and have that looked at. Something sounds terribly wrong...
