I had to put together fog lenses for a friend of mine, and could not deside what glue to use. my answer I founded at local "Dixieline" store.
that stuff is the "Bomb". more-less liquid acrylic. I bought 2 of them, and used may be 1 and half of that. $2.99 per package

I taped inside of the fog lense and left a little bit of edge and scuffed it with 600 gritt sandpaper. then I also scuffed inside of fog lamp groove. put all togethere clamped it, 2 hours later glue was as hard as a rock. but they recommend to wait a little longer.
as far as side markers. this stuff was good to, but a little bit messy ( or may be I was not to patient). I bought different glue for that, but haven't used it yet

You'll need a few to do the fog lenses, but one is more than enough for the sidemarkers.
