SETTLEMENT REACHED IN GENERAL MOTORS COOLING SYSTEM PROBLEM

DO YOU OR ANY OF YOUR FRIENDS OR COWORKERS OWN A CHEVROLET, PONTIAC, BUICK, OLDSMOBILE, OR GMC ?

You may be entitled to MONEY BACK !!

This class action settlement covers many General Motors vehicles from model years 1995 thru 2004, with specific engines. All used a coolant known as Dex Cool. The settlement provides up to $800.00 in reimbursement for repairs to intake manifolds and gaskets that had coolant leaks. Other cooling system repairs are covered on some models.

A claim may be filed even if you no longer have the vehicle or if you did not purchase it new. Additional information on this settlement is available online. You can access it at www.westsideautopros.com (http://www.westsideautopros.com/)

and click on the box at the top of the page that says GM COOLANT SETTLEMENT.

If you are unsure if you have had these repairs performed or unsure if you are in need of them, please call Jeff, Brian, or Ron at Westside Auto Pros 225-9090 to schedule a FREE inspection of your gaskets and cooling system. But hurry, repairs must be completed by May 30, 2008!!\

P.S. Forward this email to anyone you know that may have one of these vehicles. We will inspect their gaskets for FREE also!

I got this via email and thought I would share

Dwight, this has nothing to do with the Northstar problem. Note the caveat "with specific engines".

If it was repaired when it was less than 7 years old (2004). That's the cutoff where they just hand you $50. The closer to new it was when the repair was made, the more of your money you get back.
