its not a bad thing. I take pride when I ask people how many miles do they think are on my car. Everyone has looked at my car and guessed 20-30k. "Over 100,000! no way"

Any of you with the 3.2l -- do you have any recommendations, besides oil changes and other scheduled maintenance, to keep this engine alive beyond 100K? I only have 28K on my 3.2l, but I want to keep it for a long time. Do you always put premium in the beast or what?

i always use 91 in my 3.2... painfull to hear only 20 min after i bought the car the previous owner told me he used regular....OUCH... other than that he was really nice to the car, he actually hugged it just before i drove off lol.
after the 100mi mark, keep it, i think you need the timing belt done, maybe consider a fuel sys cleaning. i useto do them at mr lube and the customers were always happy with the results (gas additive, pressurised additive being sprayed into the intake , i think there was 1 stage in the oil and there was also a option for a scrub of the manifold... kinda a scam cus we didnt do a good enough scrub in my opinion, also, i wouldnt want a additive in my oil for a entire oil change either.)
i had it done to my 02 sonoma at bout the 60km mark and it was noticeable, felt a little more peppy...kinda, supposeto improuve gas mileage but i didnt notice anything there. but the car did run smoother.

I am currently at about 170K miles. No biggies, just took a trip from AR to STL, MO. A week later STL, MO to NY, NY and back to STL, MO. On the drive back my "Stability System Engaged" warning kept coming on, weird cuz i was on a straight road. After a while I just a "service stability system". have no idea, this is my first Caddy.

You might need to get an other wheel position sensor to get that service stability system fixed.
