i noticed my flashers were not working and one of the back lights were out. i replaced all bulbs and my lights worked but my flashers did not. so i replaced a couple of fuses as well as the flasher under the stearing wheel and when i turn my flasher either left or right, its on in the out side but not on the dash. but it doesn't blink, the light just stays on. my hazzord lights work. when im turning, i have to use my finger and click it up and down so people know im turning but they still dont show on my dash. im thinking the next step is a groud or the sping? help please. am i close. i have a 95 cadillac deville.

Try swapping the hazard flasher with your new flasher. If working now, your new flasher is faulty or wrong for the application. Another possible culprit is the turn signal switch within the column. Trace where it plugs together at the base of the steering column and make sure its fully plugged in.

switched the flashers and the hazord worked. follow the wire and its pluged. when i turn, i have to keep pushing the turn switch down and up so the people know im turning. and you can ever hear the little click noise its suppose to make when on. you know...click click, click click. but if i dont do that the light just stays stuck on the side i push it too. and it still doesnt show up on the dash (the green arrow). now what do i do?

When the hazard flasher is on and you walk around the car do ALL the lights light up and flash at the same speed? front and rear.
