Has anyone noticed wind noise coming from the front side windows? I'm not sure if its coming from the doors not sealing or the windows not sealing. Looking at the door seals I can't imagine a leak there but who knows. The back windows are quiet, and so is the sun roof.

I haven't noticed mine being noisy, but you may want to have your dealer check this - as few months ago my car was parked in a driving rainstorm (40+MPH winds), and I ended up with water on the inside of the door. Car washes and hoses haven't been able to duplicate this, but if your door seals aren't tight, you may eventually have a problem greater than noise.

Have you made sure that the windows are cranked up all of the way. I had a car once that would over time drop the front passenger window just enough to create a slight hiss.
