Hi,
I just found this site and have been reading through posts for a while. WOW, I think I might finally be able to fix my leaks. I was changing my PCV valve yesterday morning and the tube that it connects to snapped. (the one that turns and goes acroos the engine and then connects on the other side) After the rubber boot. Two questions, Can I get this part from rockauto or similar site? I do not know what it is called. Also I temporarily taped it secure, Will that be Ok for the time being as far as driving and running ok. Thanks and I look forward to learning and fixing and then hopefully helping others in the future.

You should be able to get that part at a local dealer. Can't be very expensive. Probably would cost more to ship than it is worth. As long as it is not leaking, it's OK. If the tape is not a good seal, you'll have a vacuum leak and a rough idle most likely, but no harm.

Depending on where it broke you may also be able to splice the break with a piece of vacuum hose, although it may not fit under the beauty cover with the extra diameter.

You could also replace the entire plastic tube with plain old vacuum hose of the proper ID. (Cheapest of all fixes)
