I'm sure there is an electrical connector on the compressor circuit you can pull. But why would you want to disconnect the compressor? The rear end will be permanently low and the car will not handle as well.

The rear will go lower than you want and then you'll be bottoming out on bumps, as well as not being able to carry passengers or anything in the trunk. That level control system was designed and installed for good reason. Why defeat it and suffer the deteriorated handling ?? .....as well as ruin a $950 - $1250 pair of shocks.

What you should do now, at 10 years car life, is to drop the compressor/drier unit and replace the drier. That whole unit is over $400, and it is an air compressor, so it forms condensation inside the cylinder and shocks. The exhaust cycle dries some of the moisture, and the drier captures the rest, but doesn't last forever. The drier is replaceable...you don't have to replace the whole assembly. Up in the RR fender well, inside the liner.
