ok, well i bought this 2000 catera yesterday, overall a nice car but there is one issue i have, the left side turn signal light is ALWAYS on not blinking when i ahve my lights on, i dont know what this could be, and when the ligths are on, the actual turn signal blinks very dim and fast if anyone could give me any suggestions please do because it is a legal issue in my state not using blinkers
