Was a nice day today and decided to take my baby out for a spin. Ahhhh, wonderful! Love this forum, it has helped me out way too many times. No problems today though. Just a question. I'm always looking for ways to dress up my car. Has anyone found an aftermarket chrome air cleaner lid that will replace the stock one on my 73 Eldo? Is there something out there made for Chevy or Pontiac that will interchange? I want to keep the closed, stock air cleaner assembly, just want to dress the old girl up some. Has anybody done this? If the wing nut hole in the lid is centered, just measure its diameter and check aftermarket ones. If its off center then you will have to have yours chromed.
