I have a 2000 Escalade OBS...I was getting a buzzing sound from time to time but couldn't locate it...joee5 suspected (...thanks buddy :thumbsup:)...it might be the heated seats and I thought I had ruled this out but yesterday when I heard the intermittent buzz I quickly turned off the seat heater and the sound stopped...hmmm...

I see no movement on the battery gauge but am wondering is this a common problem with seat heaters???...

Am I hearing a short???...

Is it just the noise from the seat heater itself working or signs of a problem???


Any help would be greatly appreciated!

okay...I see some responses to a thread posted AFTER mine and I'll give those a try...he said to himself...:D

Spark chasing... Sorry to have to say the obvious but you need to just look for potencial pinch point along the harness, on on the wire from the harness..
