Some people here have done a range of things to the brackets when getting a V bumper. some have gotten CTS-V brackets, some have altered STS-V brackets to fit and some have even altered base CTS brackets to work. As for the duct, you can alter your wheel well covers your self. Buy CTS-V wheel well covers.
