So i bring my car in the other day to a large Cadillac dealer here in west palm beach Florida to have them fix a rattle in the dash (they got most of it) a creaking noise in the drivers seat (they made it worse) and 3 recalls. The first recall was the rear differential leak which they knew nothing about and then when i explained it to them they old me not my car (even though i have '05 v8). Next was the latest recall concerning the v8 engine reprogramming. Again they knew nothing about it and then said not for my car. The third was the reprogramming of the navigation voice control which he told me was already done. Well after numerous phone calls and tying my car up for two days not much was done. They still claim that my car has had all these things already done to it. Needless to say i am pissed at the lack of caring, knowledge, concern and total cluelessness of these service providers. All they try to do is sell you $350 tires and beg you to give them good grades on any survey you might get in the mail. I am going back next week and marching into the service managers office and sit on his chest until i get what i want. By the way this is the second Cadillac dealer i have gone to and got the same results both times.
