Hi,
I'm stuck with the Escalade wind noise problem. Cadillac basically blew me off saying they were working on a fix and maybe they would fix it.
So I filed a complaint with the BBB. I sent in all the required paperwork and am returning a call from the BBB today.
I love my Escalade but the wind noise makes me crazy on long trips - even with the radio on loud.
Has anyone worked with the BBB in this situation and if so, what kind of process did you go through and what was the outcome?
I'm really ticked at how GM is handling this. My dealer and service operation are good guys and have tried all they can to fix the problem but I think it is a GM design flaw that they can't really fix.
Anyway, anything you can share about a BBB encounter?
