I bought a 90 cadillac brougham 5.0L a while back and noticed it had chrome rims with spoke inserts. It only had 3 of the 4 spoke inserts and they were all rusty. I have been looking for a long time and it seems I would have better luck looking for dinasuar bones. It seems to be a cadillac upgrade because the spoke inserts have a cadillac cap. If anybody knows anything, please help. I tried loading a pic of the rim but dont know if it worked.

Actually I think those were a "Vogue" brand upgrade that the dealer put on, not a factory Cadillac item. Cadillac only offered the real spoke wheels, the wire wheel covers, and the plain covers. Yours have a different steel rims than the rest, which Vogue put imitation spokes in (what you're looking for) as more "real-looking" but still not true spokes. But since these were an aftermarket add-on, put on at the dealer, I think it will be rather difficult to locate any of these since they were a rare thing to begin with.
I suggest you trade out your current steel rims for some plain-jane steel factory wheels, and get the Cadillac wheel covers.
