OK, Just did my first oil change on my 04 V8. Very surprised at the 8qt capacity! My 4.3 ltr. GMC van only held 5.1! My question is - how the heck do you reset the % of Oil Life and Change Engine Oil message? Bought used and still haven't gotten a manual. I tried holding down the touch screen and hitting reset. I also unplugged what appears to be a sensor on the oil pan and still no luck. HELP!!!

Display the Oil Life Remaining screen and hold the reset button for about 5 or 6 seconds.

I don't know if it works on the SRX but on the Corvette you can also just stab the throttle 4 times with the engine off and key on.

My A6 2.7T took 8 liters of 0-40 Mobil 1, this is of course only in 1 litre form up here so I got hosed buying it every time.
