I read someplace that the 95 Fleetwood(93-96?) came with factory optional chome wheels. Are they the same design as the stock? Do they look good? If so, are they hard to find?

Thanks in advance.

I like the non-chrome better. I've owned both, chrome and non chrome. And even had both on the same car, non-chrome front, chrome back.

If you didn't know, they basically look the same. In fact, it's hard to tell the chrome from the non-chrome.

It's a bugger to clean the chrome ones. While they both look the same, the chrome ones are chromed all the way through the pattern and the non-chromed ones aren't - they're blacked out in the back or negative space of the pattern.

So you have to "clean" the chrome ones in that back or negative space and without a toothbrush and hours on end you're in for a bugger for a time. And with the non-chrome ones, you just wash the front. Easy.

And they almost look the same. I mean, who could tell. They're very bright to their own merit.

Good point. Never thought of that.

Gman maybe you could polish your wheels to a almost chrome finish. The way the guys do it with the impala wheels...
