hey guys i got my new set of trucks horns to add to the train horns :lildevil:. im looking to add a DPST switch between the stock horn and truck horn so i can still use the steering wheel horn for either. does anyone know where the horn wire is at and what color it is?

I don't recommend this, but if you must... Trace back from the stock horn to a location where you can mount a relay. Run 12V from the battery to this relay and use the powered side of the stock horn line for a trigger. Play with that first to insure it all works properly, then trace that trigger line back inside the cabin and work in the switch to toggle between the stock and train horns.

The reason I say this is I added the full four-note (A,C,D,F) horn set out of an old Deville to my Eldo and the power coming down that line wasn't nearly enough to blow all four horns (fire hazard). Luckily, I was doing some other wiring under the hood at the same time and had lots of battery runs and relays, so I converted it from a power line to a switch(low amperage) line.
