It had a busey rim on it and the dealer said he would switch it out . Not sure if a 17 or 18". My dad would prefer a 17" all season radial

From the description, it should have 17" wheels. Is it AWD or RWD and where will he be driving it? If it is a snowy / icy area, a set of winter tires and wheels would be very useful for RWD.

The 18" wheels look much better

Yeah probably 7 spoke 17". The 9 spoke 18" were an option with the 1SF and standard with the 1SG or brake package.
