I've looked in the classifieds here, tried calling local junkyards and most wont let you walk the lot or they want you to buy the whole interior door panel, all I need for my blk/blk 01 DHS is:

1. rear left/right ashtray covers and lighters in the rear doors or the whole assembly with the rear heated seat buttons if possible.
2. rear left plastic cover behind the door handle itself, on mine you can see the screw that holds it to the door cover is missing.
3. plastic rear cup holder the flips out of the center fold down in the rear seat
4. rear drivers door lock knob, the plastic knob is missing on mine just a threaded rod there.
5. and last I need the cargo net for the drunk dealer/online wants over $30shipped

Any tips to finding these parts, anyone have a black interior parts car?

Maybe for # 2, 3, and 5 parts that I need, but #1 ashtray covers and and #4 lock knobs are discontinued from what I can tell when I try to order them through GMPartsDirect.com

on another note, im trying to install the front seat back panel from a black interior DHS with zebrano wood onto my 2002 dts iwth black int. Im pretty sure your dhs has what i want.

Yea my DHS does have what your talking about, I completely agree with you it does look nice, people always comment the rear visors and the wood when there back there...now if I can only find the minor plastic pieces I need above. I'll have those pics for in the am tmw...

One question I did have does anyone know if the rear visors have any adjustments or can be greased? They make a horrible plastic binding noise when being open and I think one is kind of loose I can a lil flash from the light going on and off when I hit bumps...

Is this hard to find item stock on a DHS, just for shits and giggles i looked on autotrader/cars.com and could find only a handful of DHS in the US listings with wood in the rear of the front seats...?

You have a spare ashtray cover as you can see in my pic that side is missing one and the drivers side cover is broken, if you have 2 black covers maybe we can wokr something out with the wood :tongue2:...lol

I'll be hitting a few junkyards myself this week to finish off the list of parts I need, do you know if the wood is one piece or seperate? I'll keep an eye open for you...
