Has anyone heard of delivery delays on the CTS because of the American Axle strike? I've been waiting nine weeks, but the sales rep forgot to tell me that the order could not be put into the production system until they had an allotment.

He didn't forget. He didn't want you to go somewhere else.

The American Axle strike will have nothing to hold up production for 2008 as they have all the parts needed from them, but the NAV & polished wheels are on constraint. Only about 280 units can be built every week with either option.

Believe what he says or not, my dealer explained that the strike
only affects GM trucks.
