I have a 2004 V with 30k miles, a maggie and a CAI. At around 10K miles, the shifter became very difficult to engage when the engine was running. I took it to dealer, and they immediately said "new clutch" and "no warranty" due to mods. I checked around and found that the local Pontiac/GMC dealer was good, so had the vehicle hauled over on a flatbed tow truck. As soon as the car hit the ground, the shifter freed up and I have had no further problems until this week. Same problem is back. Anyone else seen this?:hmm:

I have shifting trouble if I drive the car every day. If I leave it for a week, then it shifts fine. It is giving me trouble now, so I'm going to try to take it in next week. I believe it is a clutch slave cylinder release problem. I guess I will see.
