Love the Ipod interface. One gripe. When I select an artist, I would like to see all albums for that artist, but it just lists songs for that artist, grouped by album, but with no delineation between albums. Is there a way to do this? Also, is there a way to scroll artists or albums quickly? Takes a million knob turns to get to an album that starts with a letter late in the alphabet.

I think the scrolling can go up so that you head up backwards thru the list

I have observed both of those identical limitations and no apparent solution. I'm sorry I am not much help, but at least your concerns are consistent...

Can you pretty much scroll through playlists and select songs on the NAV
in nearly the same manner you can on your iPod?

It's the best I've ever seen. every time when I work on the CTS, I connect my iPod to it, to play Metalllica & Tool to pump up my speed. fastest scrolling i ever seen. and it's very detailed. You'll love it

I bought a new iPod, ripped all my music in Apple lossless so I won't have
the need for the CD player or Nav HD but yet still enjoy CD-quality sound.

I brought this up to the few engineers that I talked to and they said that they would pass it on to the audio guys, but they never got back to me during the time I had my CTS. That was one of my biggest gripes about it. It's a share too because Alpine has a very good iPod interface on their aftermarket radios, and they didn't carry over all the features of those units to this one.
