92 Fleetwood

Someone backed into my front bumper and knocked off one of the black/chrome vertical pieces on the bumper. What is the correct term for it and where can i get one, are they still available through GM?

May be called a "bumperette" at least that's the term for some late 60s cars. Not sure if they thought of anything trendier by 92...
