:welcome: I have an 03 CTS that will be 2 years old this June 13, 2004. My rear backup lights always were fogged up after washing or when it was raining outside. Complained for about 14 months to Cadillac and my dealer. Fianlly when or CTS came out and i saw they chaged the way the backuplights looked from that clear pastic covering them to a same color of the car. Went to my dealer and they ordered and installed they new look and now no problems with fogging up and they did it at no charge.

Just thought I would post this if anybody else has this problem

There is a new bulletin out for the cars with the clear rear bezel.
GM will replace the bezel, but there is no gaurantee that the replacement will be a body colored one or another clear one. So far it has been up to the dealer.

They no longer manufacture the clear bezel, so chances are you may get a body colored one. But if your dealer still has clear ones in their stock, chances are that you will get one of those. Of course, you can always swap again when the problem persists. Make sure your dealer knows that is your intention and maybe they will opt to not having to perform a swap multiple times. ;)
